Products

Each LUMERA piece is crafted as one of one.

Due to the natural characteristics of pearls, variations in shape, tone, size and surface markings are to be expected. These natural variations form part of the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.

All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Orders

Each Lumera piece is crafted as one of one and is available in a single quantity.

While our website is updated in real time, in rare circumstances two customers may attempt to purchase the same piece simultaneously. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel one order and issue a full refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing inaccuracies.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. LUMERA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage may be refused.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Natural variations in pearls, including surface texture or minor markings, are not considered faults.

Promotional Offers

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.

Only one promotional code may be used per order.

Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes apply to full-price items only and are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where a promotional code has been used in breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including imagery, branding, text and design, is the property of LUMERA Jewellery and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUMERA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
